Kate Middleton Pregnancy: Prince William, Duchess Of Cambridge Allegedly Hired Surrogate

Kate Middleton is the latest celebrity to be rumored to have faked her pregnancy. Fans think that the wife of Prince William never actually got pregnant the first time with Prince George in 2012 or never gave birth to Princess Charlotte 2015. Instead, they apparently hired a surrogate for their babies.

In a discussion on Quora, a royal observer speculated that the Duchess of Cambridge had a hard time with bearing children. Thus, the royals had to get surrogate to give the British throne an heir.

The royal fan also cited that, when Kate Middleton's pregnancy was announced, the palace sent her off in "hiding" with "severe morning sickness." Prince William's wife also never looked pregnant and hardly had a baby bump. Thus, it was highly possible she never had a "completely natural birth."

After giving birth to Princess Charlotte in 2015, a newspaper in Russia also ran a story about Kate Middleton's surrogate pregnancy. Per the Daily Mail, the pro-Kremlin paper insisted that it was impossible for Prince William's wife to have given birth when she looked amazing just hours later.

Russian women, reportedly, also do not think that the baby they presented in public looked like a newborn. The story further deduced that Kate might have been wearing a fake baby belly all along.

Such a theory, however, was debunked by another commenter on Quora by citing that it would be too much trouble for the royals to "pretend" that Kate Middleton had a baby at the hospital. There would be too many witnesses to silence with money and there's also a risk that the media would discover the surrogate mother.

Thus, despite the wild theory that Kate faked her pregnancies, it would be highly unlikely, a few Quora commenters said. If the royals had to lie to the public, a complicated ruse like this would be a headache for the palace.

Kate joins a string of other celebrities rumored to have worn fake baby bumps in public. Even Beyonce, Nicole Kidman, Katie Holmes and Kim Kardashian were once subjected to a similar rumor.

Sister-in-law Meghan Markle was also speculated to have worn a prosthetic around her belly when she was carrying her first baby with Prince Harry. Apparently, for some royal watchers, the Duchess of Sussex's pregnant baby belly oddly changed shaped and was too flexible. It was rounded and big one minute and then flat and almost non-existent the next minute. They also suspected Meghan Markle was not really pregnant because she could walk around in heels with ease while heavy with a child.
