The Lounge at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino offers great concerts on many nights each month. In September, don’t miss Western Fusion on Friday and Saturday, September 15 and 16, from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.
All shows in The Lounge at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino are free and feature intimate seating for about 50 people. Guests can also congregate in the casino area just outside The Lounge to enjoy concerts. While you’re there, be sure to have monthly drink special at the bar for only $5. The drink for September is Watermelon Margarita, which combines watermelon pucker, Sauza gold tequila, Fat Tuesday frozen lime sour, and cherry garnish into a tasty libation. It is delicious!

Locally based, Western Fusion has played at various venues and events throughout Arizona. The band began in the late 1990s as a traditional country band, and as the band evolved, its musical repertoire expanded too. Today, Western Fusion’s five-piece band plays country favorites, from George Strait to Waylon Jennings to Merle Haggard to Keith Urban and Sam Hunt. The band also plays classic rock tunes from the 1970s and '80s.
