WCA Students Recognized


WCA Director Joe Luce welcomed students, guests, and representatives from Ivy Tech Community College of Fort Wayne and Warsaw, Fort Wayne Metals, and OmniSource to the career academy auditorium on Thursday, January 28th for the NE Indiana F.A.M.E. Recognition Program. (The Indiana Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education)

Students Aiden Hoffman and Morgan Miller were both recognized by the employer-driven initiative of the Indiana Manufacturers Association. Hoffman for his efforts will gain valuable experience and education through OmniSource and Ivy Tech while Miller will benefit from experiences and education within Fort Wayne Metals and Ivy Tech.

The culmination was a celebration with a brief photo opportunity marking the special day's program, representatives, and families.
