According to reports, Prince Harry and Meghan are not yet keen on moving to Meghan's motherland because of one clear reason: President Donald Trump. The former American TV star does not support the current president so she and her husband are waiting for their big move until Trump leaves the White House.

Insiders claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan carefully chose their words when they announced, back in January, that they were stepping back from their royal life. The couple used "North America" deliberately to underscore that their home away from London would not just be U.S. but also the Commonwealth country Canada.

However, the source also said that there is actually a long-term plan for Prince Harry and Meghan, as well as their son Archie, to stay in America. But as a staunch Democrat who was once critical of Trump during the campaign, the Duchess of Sussex will have to wait until a new president is sitting in the White House.

Following this news, a poll from Spectator USA showed that 85 percent of 7,266 voters said that they will go for Trump in the elections just so Prince Harry and Meghan would not move to the U.S. The American elections will be taking place in November 2020.

Meanwhile, sources told E! News that Prince Harry and Meghan would like to spend a portion of their summer this year to visit the Duchess of Sussex's native city. Meghan was born and raised in Los Angeles.

The source also confirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be hiring a team of locally-based staff to temporarily work for them. They have plans to go to meetings as well as entertain friends in their rented Los Angeles home.

But before Prince Harry and Meghan fly from Canada to the U.S., they will be back in London in March for Commonwealth Day with their son. According to reports, Queen Elizabeth herself asked the presence of her grandchildren for this occasion, which will also mark their final royal engagement.

The royal pair might also be in town for Princess Beatrice's wedding in May. Buckingham Palace, however, refused to confirm if the Sussex royals are going to be in town soon.
