Why was the Doha Arab-Islamic Summit so disappointing?
To achieve the Gulf states’ extortion goals, America planned and supported Israel’s attack against Qatar.
The summit’s final statement was worse and more submissive than many expected, including us, because it lacked claws and fangs, and the aggression and the state that launched it were mentioned very timidly, encouraging the aggressor to repeat its attacks, possibly at a faster and more dangerous pace in the absence of any intentions to deter them.
The most visible evidence of the “success” of the Qatar Arab-Islamic Summit, which was attended by nearly 57 kings, presidents, and emirs to discuss how to respond to Israeli aggression against the host country, is that the occupying aggressor state launched a comprehensive attack on the Gaza Strip with the intention of occupying it just hours after the summit concluded. It also bombed the port of Hodeidah in Yemen’s capital, Sana’a, on Tuesday afternoon.
What leads us to this conclusion are the statements made by Marco Rubio, the Secretary of State of the United States, who hurriedly flew to Tel Aviv and confirmed in a press conference held at the end of his discussions with Benjamin Netanyahu the full support of his country for the Israeli entity in its expanded military assault to occupy the Gaza Strip, achieving all the desired objectives, foremost among them the elimination of the resistance led by the Al-Qassam Brigades, and the
What gives us confidence that the United States and its President Donald Trump were not only aware of the assault against the State of Qatar, but also played a substantial role in it, is that everything declared regarding the American president’s lack of awareness was a falsehood and deception. The invasion has been planned for months, against a country that holds the largest military facility in the Middle East (Al Udeid) and is a NATO partner and close friend of the United States.
This idea is confirmed by Minister Rubio’s statement in a press conference in occupied Jerusalem, which reads, “This Israeli attack on Qatar accelerates the necessity of signing a defence treaty between Qatar and America very soon.”
We go on to state that America sponsored this invasion and gave cover for it to establish this treaty, not with the State of Qatar, but with other Gulf countries, in exchange for a significant financial reward.
In other words, President Trump, a friend of the Arabs and, in particular, the Gulf countries, was dissatisfied with the five billion dollars he collected during his brief visit to three Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar), claiming it was the cost of the protection America provides to these countries, for which they have shown no gratitude. He is dissatisfied with the presence of American military bases, the costs of which were borne by the host countries, and it has been demonstrated that their goal, following the aggression against Qatar, is not to protect these countries, but rather to protect Israel by bombing any Arab or Islamic country that ‘thinks’ of attacking it and milking more trillions and billions from their bloated coffers brimming with gas and oil revenue.
And it may be important to remember that American extortion is boundless, manifesting itself not only in compelling Gulf countries to pay tribute and the cost of protection but also in arms agreements for hundreds of billions of dollars. It is sufficient to bring out that Qatar is the fourth largest buyer of American weaponry after India, Ukraine, and Saudi Arabia, and that all radar and missile codes were closed before the attacking Israeli jets arrived.
Responding to this Israeli enemy and its aims does not necessitate the formation of an “Islamic NATO,” but just determination and faith. Yemen is currently pounding Israel regularly with hypersonic, cluster, and drone missiles, with no assistance from the Islamic NATO or any Arab country. Afghanistan did the same when it battled the American occupation and NATO countries, as does the Palestinian resistance in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Despite the extermination and famine wars, they continued to resist, raise white flags, and hand over Israeli captives without compensation.
We are confident that this nation will awaken from its slumber and confront this American Israeli dual aggression and its “Greater Israel,” but not under the leadership of these leaders who participated in the disappointing Doha Summit, but rather under the leadership of new, young, faithful Arab and Islamic leaders, born of the people’s suffering. It is disgraceful that a rogue state with fewer than 6 million settlers defeats over two billion Muslims, or roughly one-third of the world’s population. When Yemen’s missiles and drones have closed the only two Israeli airports (Ramon and Ben Gurion) for most of the past two years, forcing more than seven million settlers to live in shelters and train tunnels in an unprecedented state of terror, and when the besieged and starved Al-Qassam Brigades, along with the Al-Quds Brigades, have held out for more than 23 months, not stopping their resistance and confrontation with the terrorist Israeli army for a single day, an Optimism. These are days of discussion. One day for you, one day against you. The future days will be ours, God willing, as the Master of Martyrs, Hassan Nasrallah, stated in his final speech… and the days will be between us.
