This lavish estate rests upon three acres of grounds overlooking the ocean. With perfectly manicured gardens and yards, a sparkling pool, a spa, waterfalls, and exclusive access to a private, gated beach, this home is the epitome of extravagance.

The gorgeous grounds include a limestone swimming pool and spa with three-tiered water falls. Surrounding the pool, sits comfortable patio furniture, tables, and a barbeque. Down a charming and private path, guests will have their own stretch of completely private beach, upon which to enjoy the famous Los Angeles sunshine.
