2017 PBR Built Ford Tough Series Event Calendar and Coverage

United States of America

The Professional Bull Riding Build Ford Tough Series had humble beginnings. It started when some bull riders wanted to break away from the rodeo circuit. They pooled resources and took one of the most exciting and attractive parts of the rodeo on the road.

Month after month these competitive bull riders compete for prizes and the ultimate title at the end of the year where they become that season's best and toughest. The prizes throughout the year total close to 10 million dollars.

Each week, PBR BFTS has televised events. After each event, there are rock concerts with pyrotechnics that can't be rivaled in any other sport environment. This year, 2017, is the 3rd annual bull riding event.

Each of the professional bull riders must compete in qualifying events around the world on tours like the BlueDEF Velocity Tour or the Touring Pro Division. The world finals are held at the end of the year in Las Vegas, Nevada. It will feature all the competitors from around the world including Canada, Mexico and Australia. More than 600 bull riders around the world hope to be one of the exclusive competitors at the end of the year.
