After the Easter bunny visits and the kids have found the eggs and eaten the candy, spring on over for a great Easter brunch at one of The Ak-Chin Indian Community enterprises on Easter Sunday, April 16.

The Arroyo Grille at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club will serve up an Easter Brunch buffet with seating available at 10 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. The menu includes favorites like made-to-order omelets, French toast, bacon, and sausages. A prime rib and ham carving station is sure to please your tastes, along with chef-prepared selections and numerous specialty desserts. For this year’s buffet, chef Neil Magbanua will prepare Chicken Madeira, a seared chicken breast in a savory wine sauce. The kids won’t be disappointed — chicken tenders and macaroni and cheese will be on the menu too. The cost is $29 per adult and $16 for children aged 12 and under, plus tax and gratuity. At the Ultra-Star Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle, brunch will be offered at 347 Grill from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Easter Sunday. Come ready for breakfast or lunch — or both! Breakfast choices include pancakes, stuffed French toast with maple syrup, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and biscuits and gravy. Hearty selections of carved top sirloin, grilled salmon, pan seared chicken breast, a salad bar and a cheese and cracker display will satisfy any appetite. Did you know that National Eggs Benedict Day falls on Easter this year? The Buffet at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino offers an Easter buffet featuring a variety of eggs benedict choices. Try steakhouse style, chorizo, avocado and Oscar style eggs benedict, with crab meat and asparagus. Other choices include Easter meat pie, crab legs and more. The Buffet will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the price is $32.99 per person.

Also at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino, Agave’s restaurant offers a prime rib and egg Easter breakfast. This special will be served from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is $20 per person.
