Students of the Month Announced for December

Congrats Wildcats

Ella Yarger – South Whitley Elementary School
"Ella may be new to the Whitko Community Schools, but if you didn't know Ella, you would have thought she has been here for six years, not two months. 'Doing the right thing' and 'Treating people right' is an example of her actions. Ella is kind, helpful, and very respectful, not only to myself, but to her classmates. Ella is a genuinely nice girl with a big heart. I have enjoyed having her in my gym class. Congratulations Ella, and welcome to Whitko!" Ella was nominated by Teacher, Sarah Bechtold.

Alyssa Romine – Pierceton Elementary School
"Alyssa is an excellent student, friend, and kind person. In and out of class, she is always making excellent choices. She is kind to her peers and is always willing to help others. She is always the first one to volunteer for anything." Alyssa was nominated by Teacher, Jasmine Baum.

Anna Sickafoose – Whitko Jr/Sr School - Jr High Nominee
"Anna is a diligent student, active outside of school, polite, hardworking, and reliable." Anna was nominated by Teachers Mike Hanback, Andy Layman, Antimony Fox, Teresa Knepple.

Audrey Bradford – Whitko Jr/Sr School – Sr High Nominee
"Audrey is a hardworking and dedicated student, who always brings a positive perspective and attitude to the classroom and her fellow peers. She completes her work in a very timely manner and is a very dependable student. She displays the characteristics that a true Wildcat should possess. She is very caring of her peers and willing to help whoever needs help." Audrey was nominated by teacher, Tiffany Gibson.
